Our interviewers serve as an impartial party who help our clients resolve issues such as theft, drug use/distribution, employee morale, sexual harassment, workplace violence, security and safety. In many cases, our interviewers are able to uncover additional information that provides a more complete listing of violators or violations. Written statements acquired through interviews are frequently used for disciplinary action, discharge or prosecution.
